BrigadeTM Fire Safe Sheet Products for Semiconductor and Cleanroom Applications

Durable, specialized sheet products designed to meet industry protocols such as Factory Mutual Research Test Standard - Clean Room Materials Flammability Test Protocol, Class 4910 and Underwriters Laboratories Inc. UL2360 Standard Test Method for Determining the Combustibility of Plastics Used in Semiconductor Tool Construction. These standards address flame propagation and smoke damage in the event of a cleanroom fire.

Brigade products were developed under the guidance of fire retardant additive experts and were rigorously tested in independent laboratory facilities. Wet benches and other critical equipment used in the manufacture of silicon wafers and computer components are typical end uses.

Brigade VS-1 PVC is UL2360 Class 1 listed non-propagating thermoplastic sheet. It is based on advanced Type 1 technology making it readily welded, machined and fabricated. It is designed for cabinet-grade applications where exposure to process chemicals is not required.

Brigade HTP-1 CPVC and HPC-1 PVDF, both FM4910 listed, offer excellent temperature and corrosion resistance with attractive color and surface qualities.

HPG warehouses Takiron FMHS 5650, an optically clear FM4910 listed CPVC designed for wet bench windows and see through panels.
